Develop flask application for plant disease detection using cnn

I am looking for a freelancer to help me develop an application with the Flask framework that specializes in the detection of plant diseases using CNN technology. The accuracy rate for the application should be 90% or higher, and it should not be limited to a specific requirement when it comes to the types of plants and diseases associated with it; open suggestions are welcome for this.
