Develop and experiment with algorithms suitable for image classification and object detection using a large language model

I am looking for a developer who can help me develop and experiment with algorithms for image classification and object detection using a large language model.
Skills and experience required:
- Strong background in machine learning and deep learning algorithms
- Proficient in working with large language models
- Experience with image classification and object detection algorithms
- Familiarity with training models using specific datasets
- Ability to achieve highly accurate results
Project requirements:
Development and experimentation of a Vision Transformer algorithm, with source code sharing on GitHub.
1. Use the given FBG data and develop a data augmentation algorithm.
2 . Compare the performance with and without data augmentation.
3. Modify the structure of the CNN + Vision Transformer to a structure tailored to the data, if possible, using an LMM model. Make this model in a parallel form with two inputs. I will provide you with stretch images.
4. Compare the modified model's performance with the existing model.
The algorithm should be implemented in either MATLAB or Python.
Please provide a timeline and cost estimate.
