Hello, I have a Python-based desktop application that processes images and converts them into pixelated patterns using a predefined color database stored in an Excel file. The application identifies the closest color match for each pixel and generates a new image with color-coded blocks.
I now want to turn this functionality into a web application, accessible via a browser, with an intuitive and user-friendly interface.
Requirements:
