Develop SRE Plugins for Cutter and Radare2

I am looking for someone to develop SRE Plugins for Cutter and Radare2 in Python. I have specific features in mind that I will outline to the successful candidate, however I am also open to any ideas they might have. It is expected that the whole project should take less than 1 month to complete.
