Detect a person with yolov3 and determine the position by Python programming urgently

I need to do person tracking in a badminton court. The badminton court divide into 9 zones. And the program suppose to detect where the person is and display he/she at which zone, and write out a target which is the furthest zone form the person, this is the image with different positions, and video of a person moving in different positions, the image and video is used for testing and report. This program should be able to do real time at final stage.
