Detect object from Camera

We need to develop a Python application to detect objects in a person through an IP camera.
Ex: If a person is without a helmet and glasses the camera must detect.
This would be one of the initial objects, today we work with AI but only with data and we are having this demand for a pilot project, something very simple initially to present to a client.
This application will run on a server that will connect through cameras, initially it can even be the computer's own camera.
