Desktop App for Image Data Extraction

I'm looking for a skilled Python and OpenCV developer to create a desktop application for me. This application should be able to read a batch file of images, extracting mixed text (both printed and handwritten) from these images and exporting the data into an Excel file in a desired format.

Please note that there may be no text pre-processing steps required at this stage, but the app should be capable of handling noise removal, text alignment, and character segmentation if necessary. I look forward to your proposals.
Final batch file will be shared to the bidder with a proper understanding
