Design UI Web browser based software for writing

I need an Experienced programmer who can build UI for a browser based Writing software. It has login, registration , a writing space. It is built with Flask Python. Things you must do: Adding autosave feaure, make the writing space look like A4 page in MS Word, Book Chapters can be re-arranged using mouse.
Ideally you should create a separate folder with all styling codes and images.
Entire design to be mobile responsive.
You should provide me full source code and co py r i ghgt and server installation ( I use Namecheap Shared server--cPanel).
