Design Recognition / Compare with Original Image - Video Detection -- 2

we have to observe our live webcam/video stream where products will go through (staff put them for checking), on the products (t-shirts) are designs placed - this design has to be compared with the original image from DB. if there is something wrong with the image comparing, then set some value in DB. for example https://github.com/OlafenwaMoses/ImageAI/blob/master/imageai/Detection/VIDEO.md
