Design Advertisement Pages for Python/Django Website

Looking for Python developer to work with mostly completed website and add on the following to help sale advertisements from the website. This job has the potential to lead to additional employment. (Include max hours estimate or cost range for this job).

1. Create Ad-Package information page (A page showing all three packages information)
2. Update home page to show ads on top
3. Update home page to show ads on right column
4. Update home page to show ads on bottom
5. Create three new tables on backend for each package type
i. package for adding ad on top of home page
ii. package for adding ad on right panel of home page
iii. package for adding ad on listing page
6. Create register your ad page. This will take following information as an input
i. Company Name
ii. Company Address
iii. Company Website URL
iv. Company Logo
v. Package to select from dropdown or radio button
vi. Start time of ad
vii. End time of ad


7. Add directory page (list of all the registered ads)
8. Process payment for package
9. Add Minority Owned Business from Admin Page
10. Testing

Tracking feature
1. build tracking table on backend (containing ad information along with number of clicks + views).
2. build service to return tracking information.
3. dashboard for user for viewing their own published ads in terms of clicks and views.
4. dashboard for admin user for viewing their own published ads in terms of clicks and views.
