Descriptive Stats on Medical Spreadsheet

I have a collection of medical records already organised in Excel workbooks and I need a clear descriptive statistical snapshot of the data. Specifically, I’m looking for the mean, median and mode for every relevant column—think patient ages, lab values, vital-sign readings and similar metrics. The structure of the sheets is sound, so no database-level cleaning should be required; the priority is accurate calculations and an easy-to-read summary.

You’re welcome to stay entirely inside Excel with built-in functions, pivot tables or Power Query, or use an external script (Python, R, etc.) as long as the final numbers and, if applicable, the code are placed back into the workbook for transparency.

Deliverables
• Updated spreadsheet(s) with clearly labelled rows, columns or a summary tab showing mean, median and mode for each variable
• A concise commentary (a page or less) noting any outliers or data-quality concerns you observe while running the stats
