Depression and suicide detection from text -- 2

As a graduation project, I am looking for a natural language processing expert to develop a tool that can detect depression and suicide from text. The project will involve analyzing online forums and social media posts to identify potential cases of depression and suicide, also there is twitter api to search on it any topic then detect of there is any suicide or depression thoughts in the searched topic, twitter api or reddit api. I am looking for a very good web application that can provide basic accuracy in detecting these cases. The ideal candidate will have experience in natural language processing and machine learning. Interface should be awesome and very well designed, i have an offline dataset when anyone accept i will send it to him at the same time. Also i will go to mental health professional as i need in that web application to add new thing that name A quiz, quiz option for anyone, as the lecturer need to see if his students are depressed or not during his session by a small quiz, and i will bring the questions, quiz result will detect if he depressed or not, have suicidal thoughts or not.

I need a really really awesome and ineractive and catchy interface.

Note: it will be in python and also you are not able to add that project to your github account, if you want that you can do it but after 3 months.

Also i want to understand the code after it will be finished.

Always secure the data of the user, and i need UML Diagrams for that project also in very professional way.
