Deploy rasa chatbot on messenger

I'm looking for an experienced freelance to help me deploy a chatbot built with Rasa on Facebook Messenger. I have an existing dataset for training the chatbot, but I have experience in training chatbots, so I don't need help in that regard. The successful freelancer must be familiar with both Rasa and Facebook Messenger, and should have a proven track record of working with both.
