Deploy a python/selenium app on AWS

I want to deploy https://github.com/StreamAlpha/tvdatafeed on AWS.
The code of tvdatafeed is written in python. It extracts historical data for given symbols from treadingview.com website using selenium. Please visit their GitHub page for ref: https://github.com/StreamAlpha/tvdatafeed
What needs to be done:
- The service should be fully functional (treadingview.com login must be working.)
- API wrapper on top to get the data from the service remotely.
- Create template for future auto deployment of the service in AWS CloudFormation or any other suitable way
