Deploy a machine learning model for digital hiring product

I am looking for a freelancer who can deploy a machine learning model for our digital hiring product. The ideal candidate will have experience with text data and be proficient in Python programming language. The project will involve working with large amounts of data, so experience with handling big data is preferred. The freelancer should also have experience with deploying models on cloud platforms such as AWS.
Model should be able to train based on 50-100+ resumes of candidates.
Must be based in India only.
