Deploy Python Telegram Bot on GAE

I'm in need of a professional experienced in Google Cloud and Google App Engine administration. The main task is to deploy my already constructed Python Telegram bot to run once on Google App Engine.

Tasks Include:

- Solving the problem about why the bot is not working.
- The script is already tested on ngrok
-webhook was correctly made.
-app.yaml, requirements.txt and main.py code is prepared.
