Deploy Python Flask App with MySQL

I'm looking for an experienced developer to deploy my Python Flask application with a MySQL database. The deployment can be on either Digital Ocean or Google Cloud, as I have no preference for the service. The server's operating system should be Ubuntu.

Key Tasks:
- Full setup of the MySQL database
- Deployment of the Flask app using GitHub

Skills & Experience:
- Proficient in Python and Flask
- Extensive experience with MySQL
- Prior work with Digital Ocean and Google Cloud
- Knowledgeable in Ubuntu OS
