Demand Forecasting Using Artificial Neural Networks

I need a freelancer to help us create a demand forecasting project to be based on XGBoost.
The technology to be used for the project is Python or C++ or Java Script
The approximate size of the network nodes will be medium to large.
Good knowledge and experience in artificial neural networks and demand forecasting is required
Familiarity with Python, C++, JavaScript, ERP Systems and XGBoost is necessary.
Ability to analyze data generated by ERP systems is essential.
