Delay post in clasifieds website

I'm seeking a solution to expedite job posting updates on Clasified website. I refresh my page every minute but still miss listings. I need a faster, more reliable way to track job postings.Even if i update the browser every minute.when appears new ad appears for example with this message "posted 8 minutes ago"
