Deep learning model for pose estimation
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
Using DeepLabCut, a python package, the deep learning engineer would have to build a model to do pose estimation to identify behaviour.
There is a pre-trained model for another related species but this model has been designed to work with single animal and this project is with multiple animals. The switch is made easy by the package.
There are 5 behaviours that we want to predict (each of them have hundreds of records in the data base) and 250 annotated images.
