Deep learning age detection

I'm trying to learn some more about DL/ML.
We are currently working on a project where we can determine if someone is under the 13 this so we can help platforms by reporting these people.
Our experience with current datasets is that they are way off when they are younger.
What do we exactly want?
Python lib where we can send a image to and receive the person's age(with accuracy %) can be with an existing dataset but we also would like to feed it with 600+ pictures to be more precise on what we see as too young.
