Deep learning 3D MRIs image classification
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
Hi, we have a set of MRIs (https://stanfordmlgroup.github.io/competitions/mrnet/) that we want to classify. We are looking for a python developer that help us with the implementation of deep learning models (https://stanfordmlgroup.github.io/projects/mrnet/) and the following scripts.
1. Script with the model architecture construction
2. Script with the training routines for the models using the database
3. Script with the inference routines to classify new data.
We would also need a complete report of the findings and results of the implementation in terms of accuracy and ROC using cross-validation techniques.
