Deep learning LSTM expert required for Epitope sequences data
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I am looking for a deep learning LSTM expert to help with my project on predicting epitope sequences using a large dataset.
Purpose:
- The main goal of this project is to predict epitope sequences.
Data Size:
- The epitope sequences data is expected to be large, with more than 1000 sequences.
Software/Programming Language:
- I prefer to use Python for this project.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Deep learning expertise, particularly in LSTM models.
- Strong proficiency in Python programming.
- Experience in working with large datasets.
- Knowledge of bioinformatics and epitope sequences analysis would be a plus.
