Given an ultrasound image dataset, perform the segmentation of fetal head using pytorch implementation of u-net architecture followed by ellipse fitting using randomised hough transform. Then measure the circumference of the fitted ellipse and compare it with the ground truths provided in the dataset. My budget is within 7k.
