I have deep RL project with 3 different functions that need to be finished. I need the project urgently the previous developer I hired wasted my time and money and didn't deliver any thing.

PLEASE DO NOT BID IF YOU CANNOT SHOW-CASE PAST EXPERIENCE WITH REINFORCEMENT LEARNING. I DON'T CARE HOW MANY PROJECTS YOU MIGHT HAVE DONE ON YOUR OWN BUT IF YOU CANNOT SHOW ME PROOF OF PAST WORK DON'T BID.....
