I'm in the process of completing my master's thesis on the comparative study of deep learning vs. automatic contouring solutions of treatment planning systems in terms of geometric and dosimetric accuracy aspects. I'm looking for an experienced AI specialist who can leverage their expertise in Python to analyze 3D image sets of CT contours of 40 different patients.

Main requirements:
• Strong proficiency in Python for implementing AI code
• Experience in analyzing 3D image data, preferably within a medical context
• Experience or familiarity with existing systems like IBM Watson, Google DeepMind or OpenAI GPT-3 would be beneficial.

Your role will involve running my data through AI algorithms, analyzing results and assisting in generating meaningful insights to contribute to my thesis. Previous experience in image processing or medical imaging analysis would be greatly advantageous to this project.
