Decompile and Recompile dll & exe files

I am looking for a skilled freelancer who can decompile and recompile dll and exe files for debugging purposes. I do not have the original source code for these files, so the freelancer will need to work with the compiled versions. The preferred programming language for this project is Python.

There are 27 dll files and 1 exe file.
