I'm looking for a skilled data analyst and engineer who can help decode flood warning ALERT Binary and iFlows data using an RTL-SDR usb dongle. The project involves working with the ERRTS (Event Reporting Radio Telemetry System) data.
- Specific Data: I need the ERRTS Sensor ID and associated data decoded from the radio signal.
- Associated Information: Along with the ERRTS ID, the data analyst will need to decode the sensor readings and station information.
The final output should be the decoded sensor readings formatted in CSV or TXT.
