Debugging a python regex expression that selects from a text file

I have a very small (10 lines) python app that uses 're' and a regular expression to select qualifying rows from a text file. It's finding some, but not all. I think I need someone with sharp eyes to look at the regex and fix it. Will take 15 minutes or less, but willing to pay a fair price.
