Debug the plots of orbits -- 4

I have all the code about how to integrate to get the orbits' functions numerically and how to plot out the orbits for particles' orbits, but I'm still missing sth because the orbits are not correct. Would someone who's good at physics and python take a look at it and see how I can get those working?
