Debug a post-processing code for my data

I have a CNN which trains images successfully, I then run inference on testing images which again runs successful. But, i am trying to run an existing code made which is for post-processing but it returns an array of all zeros.

I think it is just a minor change needed because this code works for one type of dataset but not the one i have.
