Debug and fix ML code in python

I am looking for a skilled freelancer to debug and fix an ML code written in Python. The code is for classification and is currently having runtime errors. I am seeking a freelancer with a good understanding of Python and ML algorithms which can work to resolve the issues quickly and efficiently.
Basically, the issue is with "Generate features for training". I don't have one of the CSV files, so I want to eliminate the dependency on the related features and create features within the existing data frame for training.
