Debug & fix API Payment Gateway issue (Third-party) - Django/Python

Hi, the task is straightforward; there is a bug issue with the API Payment Gateway of our third-party vendor that registers a sale but does not follow through with the order details to our e-commerce dashboard. The project is an e-commerce platform as you might have guessed and is setup with Django framework and written in python. The project is a bit complicated in the backend as we do have specific reporting but not something an entry-level computer scientist wouldn't comprehend.
