Deblurring a video in python using opencv or any open source AI

I want to deblur some videos. The videos are only slightly blurred. I want to sharpen them. All videos contain a single person, but not the same person. You can use openCV with python to sharpen them if it works well or you can use opensource AI code available on Github too.
