[Deadline: 1 day max] Translating Python Code to Julia

The Julia code should properly emulate the original source code in Python with the same exact function. The goal is to generate potential groups (these are the same groups classified in abstract algebra theory) of "addition" and "multiplication," and check for commutative division rings with the properties properly outlined as in the source code. This code should work for any number of elements of division rings.
