DateParser in Resume using Python

I need someone who can parse the duration of skills in resume.
I have written logic using Dateparser to extract dates of experiences that have this format :
01/2017 - 04/2022
01/07/2017-31/07/2017
January 2017 - September 2022
02/02/2018 To 30/06/2018
04 October 2016 - Today
But that not working in these formats :
May -November 2019
2018-2019
since 2020
Février 2019 – Today
