Database for horse racing

I want a software program excel ,python ,R ect whatever would be suitable . My aim is to have a page or worksheet to input my own data which corresponds to 1 horse race with multiple parameters or filters approx50 most of which will be automated based on my input data then to be able to compare and speculate all worksheets (races) for strikerates% and dividends
