Database development of covid patients

i wanted help in my assignment related to database, python and django. Here i have to create a database structure of covid registry (i havve attached the table which we have to create). This i have to create on my local server where apache is also used then we have to do the setup and especially we have to see the exception handling part as if enter thousands of data so it is ale to handle exception.
