Data streaming from Unreal engine to Python

I need to create code, that is capable to stream data from Unreal engine to Python. I want to collect data from Hi5Glove under Unreal engine - https://hi5vrglove.com/downloads/unreal and send them in realtime to python script, that will store them as dataset. I already have the blueprint for data capture inside Unreal engine, and I need to send them to Python (even over TCP) to merge them with camera data recorded by Python script.
