Data processing and analysis

I need someone with strong background in Data Mining, Pattern recognition, Matlab, Python(specially image processing) and technical writing skills(preferably LATEX) who can help with an experimental data analysis and report writing. You have to pre process data available in .mat file and gather features/patterns which can be used for classification. Then you might need to convert data to image and apply some image processing techniques for classification depending on the feature/pattern collected in first stage. Preferred environment for this task would be MATLAB and Python.
