Data generation for Statistics project

I need a statistician with programming experience R, python data science skills to generate and manipulate some datasets for predefined statistical output. ie reverse engineering dataset for manvoca study and other models. You should be comfortable with generating datasets and random datasets base on criteria (means, spread, slopes etc). I expect that we will be generating date using some random number generator (ie Gaussian Distribution scripts that are available). I am budgeting for about 5-10hrs work. Would like the work to start in next 2-3 days and to complete anytime in the next 7 days after start. Attached is output of dataset and variables that we want to generate but of course with specific properties, which this sample doesn't have.

I don't anticipate that this is coded from scratch as there are existing that perform this task with some manipulation. Please advise your knowledge and skills in this area.
