Data fixing tool software, need help on developing and converting current project to a user Interface tool .

Hi guys, need someone expert on python, opencv and python qt. I am currently on a project called "Data fixing tool" is to fix car bounding box, add/delete bounding box, and car id, etc. This tool can load data video frame by frame and a corresponding csv data sheet for each vehicle's bounding box.
I have developed the tool with fixing and add/delete bounding box on opencv, it still need more features like change vehicle id and output. Also need to be convert everything into python qt, so it will be a user friendly software tool.
