Data extraction solution from pre filled forms in written Hindi language

Need your expert help for the following challenge

I have a Data digitisation project in hand in which we need to extract data from pre filled forms ( hindi handwritten) and populate in our data entry software

Even if we can extract ( Hindi ICR ) from these forms and put in CSV format - my team can manage to transport the same to the data entry software.
Google docs is very good with Hindi ICR ( Intelligent Character recognition)

We need you to create boundary for data extraction from the form for all required fields then extract the data and then provide the same in CSV format
Second optional activity is to then pick the data from the cvs and autopopulate in the data entry software

Currently we are manually doing data entry in the data entry software which is extremely slow and prone to large errors

Hence there is a urgent need to use ML and advance data tools
We are willing to pay for use for google doc API license for Hindi ICR Or any other tool like anytime anywhere as long as you can deliver the end to end solution effectively and quickly

The solution meets our requirement if this solution from Anytime Anywhere can do Hindi ICR
Any alternative tool is also acceptable as long as the challenge is addressed
