Data extraction from the PDF to Structured Format using Python

I am looking for a Python developer who can extract data from a large PDF file into a structured format. The PDF file consists of more than 50 pages.

Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Python programming language
- Experience in data extraction from PDF files
- Knowledge of working with structured data formats

Requirements:
- Extract data from the PDF file and convert it into a structured format using Python
- The extracted data should be in a format that can be easily manipulated and analyzed
- The specific data fields that need to be extracted will be provided by me
- The extracted data should be accurate and complete

Note:
- The specific format for the extracted data is not required, any structured format is fine.
