Data-driven PDF Analysis Web App

I'm seeking an experienced developer to create a web application. The purpose of this application is to extract table data from PDF documents and translate it into various chart formats, specifically bar graphs, pie charts, and line diagrams. I also need the application to be capable of handling data pivoting. Ideal candidates would have strong skills in data extraction techniques, chart creation, and web application development. Understanding of data manipulation and presentation is also a must.
