Data Visualization using Python

I have attached a small set of dataset, I need some meaningful data visualization works using Python. Clustering is plus. Budget is low and need ASAP. Only bid if you are sound in Python.

Additionally need to calculate confidence Intervals for Pearson’s Correlation in the same script using that datasets (see the below link)
