Job Description:
As a Data Visualization Expert you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing data visualizations that provide insights to our stakeholders. You will work closely with team members to understand requirements, interpret data, and present it in a clear and engaging manner using various visualization tools and technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain interactive data visualizations using D3.js, Python, Chart.js, and other leading visualization libraries.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and translate them into compelling visualizations.
Work with large datasets to create insightful visual representations that support data-driven decision-making.
Develop and implement best practices for data visualization and user experience.
Optimize and enhance existing visualizations for performance and user engagement.
Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in data visualization and propose innovative solutions.
Document visualization processes, data models, and coding standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Data Visualization Specialist or similar role.
Strong proficiency in D3.js, Python (with libraries like Matplotlib, Seaborn, Plotly), and Chart.js.
Experience with other visualization tools and libraries such as Highcharts, Tableau, or Power BI is a plus.
Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and web technologies.
