I need a program that can search data from an online database and generate a monthly report.

Essential Features:
- Login page for secure access
- Dropdown menu with about 30 subpage options
- Navigation options to reach desired pages
- Word search functionality on specific pages
- Supports exact match only

Report Requirements:
- Monthly report generation
- Format: Word document

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Python or PHP
- Experience with database integration and search functionalities
- Familiarity with report generation in Word format ( or other report format)
- Ability to communicate clearly, possibly via Zoom for clarification
