Data Scraping & Lead Generation for heatpump distrubutor (HVAC Sector)

We are looking for an experienced Data Scraping & Lead Generation Specialist to collect high-quality company and contact information for our HVAC division.
Background
Zealux distributes and installs high-end heat pumps and HVAC solutions. Our target audience includes Belgian SMEs in HVAC installation, construction firms, engineering consultancies, facility management, property developers, and maintenance services.
Responsibilities
Identify and scrape company data using web scraping tools.
Gather fields: company name, website, contact person (name & title), business email, phone, address, sector, employee count, revenue, LinkedIn profile.
Clean, deduplicate, and validate data (email verification via Hunter.io or NeverBounce).
Prepare final dataset in CSV or Excel for import into Mautic.
Apply appropriate labels and tags for campaign segmentation.
Requirements
Proven experience with Python scraping libraries (BeautifulSoup, Scrapy, Selenium).
Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google Business, and Belgian company registers (KBO/Nacebel). Strong data cleaning and validation skills. Proficiency in Excel or CSV data handling.
Basic understanding of GDPR and data privacy.
Deliverable
A validated list of relevant records, fully segmented and ready for marketing campaigns.
