Data Science (Artificial Intelligence Project)

I am looking for an expert in creating AI models and data analysis with Python.
I would send you some infection data to primary care for influenza, COVID-19 and other respiratory viruses, with the aim to monitor these viruses, collect trend changes and improve the microbiological characterization of circulating viruses.
It is a data set with 15 columns and more than 23 million records.
The objective is the one I mentioned before, using Artificial Intelligence tools in Python, Timeseries, etc.
Acute respiratory infections (ARI) are infectious diseases of the respiratory tract with a course of less than 15 days.
They have to be monitored with dates within the COVID period, so it may be useful to consider pre-pandemic data. It may be easier to start with influenza before moving on to another type of virus. It is also necessary to monitor the effect of weekends, long weekends, Christmas, etc. (because on those dates there is no diagnosis since primary care centers are closed).
The goal is to do a very complete exploration and analysis of the data along with their respective visualizations. And then implement a Machine Learning or Deep Learning (artificial intelligence) model to make predictions or draw very interesting conclusions with this data. All this should be documented with a document apart from the Python code. It would also be interesting at the end of everything to propose possible advances that could be made and what would be needed, if more data sources or anything.
